It’s infuriating to know that a huge number of people can walk past an injured animal and leave it there without even making a single gesture of support, simply not realizing it. is a creature worthy of mercy.
Like the case of a dog that is weak and can’t move a few meters from the road . It rained non-stop and the little girl was almost drowned in a terrible puddle of mud and garbage .
The dog was found in Parañaque City, Philippines.
She cried and begged passersby for help, but most of the people who bumped into her just wanted to look away .
Fortunately, Carina crossed his path . The devoted animal lover stopped the car and stepped outside to approach the dog. When he saw her fragile condition, he understood that he couldn’t just leave her there .
One of its hind legs was injured and very swollen.
He was almost skinny and it was only a matter of time before he completely lost his strength . She decided to call her Liberty and find a blanket to put her in the car and get her to the vet ASAP. The sweet little dog didn’t stop shaking , but she gently looked at Carina in thanks.
The dog was so weak that she could barely raise her head.
In the car, he tries to make the dog feel better by warming up. He gave her some food but she refused to move.
Despite the fact that they had sheltered her and was under a roof, her temperature did not do more than drop more and more . As soon as they got to the vet, the doctors began to suspect the worst .
Liberty seemed to show all the symptoms of distemper so they decided to run several tests to confirm the diagnosis.
Carina works as a dog stylist and trainer.
Fortunately, tests to rule out distemper came back negative . However, Liberty kept showing a lot of discharge from her eyes and nose from her. She needed to start treatment as soon as possible. After receiving a hot shower, the sweet dog seemed different .
The result of the blood tests indicated that he was fighting an infection.
Luckily, Carina will continue to be by his side providing much-needed treatment and care . Vets have not confirmed that Liberty is out of danger ; but she will continue to fight for her life.
She has started to eat more and more and even started to show her nice and loving personality .
Liberty is still in a very delicate state of health, but promises to get better soon.
We hope this beautiful dog recovers . After hard days on the street, Liberty deserves to start a new life with her savior. For now, it’s just a matter of your immune system getting better and you can start playing and exploring anywhere .
