Poor woman’s paralyzed dog was taken away, and she broke down in tears on the floor

We hear stories about dog owners “trading” their aging pets for pups over and over again. Sick dogs are also abandoned because their owners don’t want to bother with veterinary treatment or can’t afford it.

Our responsibilities do not change when our pets age or get ill.

There is never a factor to abandon a dog. In this story, a dog named Bong, began life like the majority of dogs do: Healthy and active. However after that suddenly, out of nowhere, his back legs gave out and he could no longer use them. Rather than obtaining him the help he needs, his owner dumped him inside a cardboard box!

Abandoning a dog is never an option. Bong, the dog in this story, began his life like most dogs do: healthy and energetic. But then, almost out of nowhere, his rear legs gave up and he couldn’t use them any longer. Rather of providing him with the assistance he requires, his owner abandoned him in a cardboard box!

Granny created Bong special bandages and used a nice blanket on his legs so he wouldn’t be wounded when he tried to go around on his own. That was all she could do for him, but it was a lot more than his previous owners had done!

Granny adored Bong to the point that she wouldn’t sleep at night until he was curled in close by and had fallen asleep first!

A bunch of volunteers showed up one day. They’d heard about Bong and Granny and wanted to send them some presents. Bong got a new bed and some delicious dog chow. They also bought him some new toys. Then they gave Granny the most wonderful present!

Grandma was informed that they had identified a clinical center that would assist Bong at no cost to her. Even if she didn’t have much money, neither she nor Bong should have to suffer. Grandma was in tears!

Bong went to see his new doctor with his new friends and Grandma. He underwent a canine MRI. The end effect was fantastic! The scans indicated that he had myelitis, which is treatable in 70% of cases!

Bong would very probably require prolonged therapy and physical rehabilitation, which was the main drawback. He would have to stay in the clinic in order to get better. Grandma knew this was the best thing for Bong, but she was going to miss him terribly. As she hugged him farewell, she sobbed.

Bong’s condition improves with regular therapy. With his pleasant demeanor, he’s easily won over the whole crew. First and foremost, Bong is able to walk…

Let’s see that again, BONG!

Each time Bong progressed, they called Grandma. Then Granny came for a visit. Seeing Bong doing so well made Granny so happy. She could not wait to hug him and tell him what a great kid he is! The caregivers show Granny what to do at home to assist his legs.

They called Grandma every time Bong made progress. Then came Granny’s visit. Granny was overjoyed to see Bong doing so well. She couldn’t wait to give him a big embrace and tell him what a wonderful youngster he was! Granny is shown what she can do at home to help him with his legs by the caretakers.Bong is overjoyed to be able to brag in front of Grandma, and he offers her the warmest embrace thereafter.

Bong is then visited by a special visitor. We talked about Bong’s companion, or rather, girlfriend, in our first article about him. She was apprehensive about seeing him again! Bong used to seem so melancholy that he couldn’t have fun with his lover before therapy, but now he can chase her around. He’s so great!

Bong is overjoyed to be returning home! Grandma presents him with a housewarming gift. There’s a new harness! He receives a new harness to walk beside her now that she doesn’t have to tote him around!

Bong keeps getting better. It’s still too early to neuter him, but the doctor will do it after Bong’s nerves have recovered a bit more and his muscles have become stronger.
